Programmed: A gift from NovusWay to rostered ministers and church professionals. Enjoy a retreat of rest and renewal through prayer and study as we prepare for the busy season of Lent. Bishop Suarez will join us in our time together, and Assistant to the Bishop, Pastor Derek Hoven, will lead us on a journey through the texts for Lent. With room for introverts and extroverts, and still plenty of time for respite, we will dwell in the Lenten lectionary and work on themes, frameworks, and creative possibilities for Sunday and mid-week worship opportunities.
Non-programmed: Rostered and congregational leaders come home to us for a deliberate time away. Whether you never leave your room or spend the day rocking on the porch, sitting in a peaceful place, hiking the trails, kayaking across the lake, or enjoying camp life, come and rest. There will be no speaker and no packed agenda. There will be time to gather among colleagues and friends to eat and to chat if you desire. Single rooms are available in our motel-style rooms, all linens provided.
