Luther Springs Staff

Deacon Sue has been serving as Program Director at Luther Springs since January of 2015; prior to her call as Luther Springs Program Director, she served in full-time youth ministry for over 25 years. In addition to planning non-summer and summer programs for children, youth and adults, Sue is also our liaison with the congregations and rostered ministers of the Florida-Bahamas Synod.

Sarah has been with the ministry since 2006 in  a part-time role  when it was under Lutheran Outdoor Ministries of Florida; In 2009 she added the responsibility of Hosted Ministry Coordinator to her list of duties before becoming the Operations Director in 2014 when Luther Springs became part of the NovusWay Family. She has 7 children and 11 grandchildren and loves being creative in her spare time.  Sarah says, "I truly feel if you LOVE what you do, you'll never work a day in your life; and I LOVE this place, and Jesus loves you!"

Macy Kennedy grew up attending summer camp at Luther Springs. She began working as a counselor in 2015 and spent 5 summers on staff. Macy is thrilled to be on the full-time team at Luther Springs and is excited to provide hospitality and fun for guests and campers and to share God's love with everyone she encounters.

Tommy was first introduce to Luther Springs through a Via De Cristo event that was held at camp; It was there that he met Sarah Anderson and felt the call to come be a part of the Luther Springs team initially in a part-time capacity before eventually moving to full-time work. He has enjoys working at camp and getting to know all of our guests.
